Sprouts Camp
Young children can sprout into Urban Adamah campers during our Sprouts Camp sessions. Designed specifically for children entering preschool and Kindergarten, Sprouts Camp introduces campers to farming, Judaism, and community. Sprouts campers enjoy their day exploring our organic farm and learning how to be great helpers to the crops, animals, and each other. With Jewish teachings and stories guiding their experience, Sprouts week introduces young children to Judaism’s deep connections to the natural world and their place in it.
What Happens At Sprout Camp?
Daily activities at Summer Camp include gardening, feeding chickens and collecting eggs, music and stories, community-building games, farm-to-fork food preparation, arts and crafts, nature connection activities, creek exploration, making snacks with a bicycle-powered blender and solar oven.
