Family Volunteer Programs
Family Volunteer Programs are great opportunities to spend quality time as a family, while contributing to the East Bay community. Explore the wonders of our farm and help us grow food for those who cannot afford fresh produce. Care for animals, seed and sew, plant trees, build with cob, create art, and more! We will introduce a different Jewish value each session and learn about it through hands on projects, games, songs, and stories.
Volunteer with other families who share your passion for the outdoors and service. Family Volunteer Programs are offered one Sunday a month at 2:00 pm. Please see program dates and details below. Programs fill quickly, so register now to secure a spot!
Family Volunteer Programs are designed only for families with children 5 and older. If you have younger children, see our Sprouts Family Programs.
Join us at 1:00 pm for an optional interactive farm tour. Starting at 2:00 pm, we will work on the farm. We will end our day at 5:00 pm with snacks and schmoozing. Please bring your own snacks and some to share!
Family Volunteer Programs are free, but space is limited. We encourage participants to register in advance to guarantee a space in the program.
