Hi I’m Nathan, and you could say aquaponics is “kind of my thing.” I’m an East Bay native who spends his work time in greenhouses and my free time out hiking or gardening. I founded the aquaponics program at Urban Adamah as a fellow in 2013 and have been managing it ever since. My weeks are pretty busy as I also run the Aquaponics Program for the University of California, Davis. I enjoy sharing my passion for aquaponics and exploring the intersections of ecology, agriculture, and technology. If you’ve ever wanted to know more about fish farming, hydroponics, or sustainable agriculture come check out one of my workshops or shoot me an email!
