Aviva Paley is a passionate entrepreneur and food justice advocate. In 2014 Aviva co-founded Kitchens for Good, an organization that aims to break the cycle of poverty, hunger, and food waste through innovative programs in workforce training, healthy meal production, and social enterprise. In the four years since its founding, the organization has grown from 2 to 37 employees, operating a $3.5 million social enterprise catering company, with social services reaching over 5000 people a year. Aviva oversees all of the programs as well as the development and marketing.
